The instrument is used for the flexibility test of plastic bellows for prestressed concrete Bridges. Meet the Ministry of Communications "JT/T529-2004 prestressed concrete bridge plastic bellows" requirements.

This instrument is composed of frame, bending support mechanism, standard feeler and so on.

1, measuring bellows specifications: Φ50mm, Φ60mm, Φ75mm, Φ90mm, Φ100mm, Φ115mm, Φ130mm.
2, bending radius: 1500mm and 1800mm.
3, bending support mechanism spacing adjustment range: R1500 specifications for 50-100mm, R1800 specifications for 100-150mm.
3, length of specimen: 1100mm.
4, feeler size: Φ50mm, Φ60mm, Φ75mm, Φ90mm, Φ100mm, Φ115mm, Φ130mm.

Fourth, the use of corrugated pipe flexibility plug gauge:
- Take a sample with a length of 1100mm, fix it vertically on the test platform, and bend it repeatedly according to the 2 curved templates.
- In the 900mm range of the upper part of the specimen, slowly bend the sample to the position of the arc template by hand on both sides, and reciprocate bending five times.
- When the sample is bent to the final end position, keep the bending state for 2min, and observe the stopper gauge passing through the bellows. 4. the one that passes smoothly is qualified.
